The business

Consumer brand / Oklahoma

The work

Brand website, strain content, retailer discovery, wholesale inquiry capture

The engagement

Brand website + retailer discovery + wholesale inquiries

The challenge

Start with the customer.

Biscuits is a grower and consumer brand whose products are sold through licensed retailers. A shopper looking for a nearby stockist and a dispensary buyer considering the brand need different information. The website had to preserve the founders' personality while supporting both journeys and accurately reflecting how the business sells.

The approach

Give the work a direction.

Built a connected experience around three purposes: understand the brand, explore the lineup, and find a place to buy. A separate wholesale destination gives prospective partners a relevant introduction and inquiry form. The visual direction carries Biscuits' recognizable blue, branded imagery, and Oklahoma roots across the story, product pages, and retailer search.

01 / Project detail

Give the brand room to mean something.

The homepage leads with the founders' story, values, and Oklahoma identity, supported by recognizable brand imagery. The strain directory gives product interest a more specific destination, with individual pages for the lineup. The result is a place where customers can understand what Biscuits stands for and explore the products before looking for a retailer.

02 / Project detail

Turn interest into a store visit.

Find Biscuits is a primary navigation destination, with search by store name, city, or ZIP code. Customers can move from a result to the selected retailer's address and directions. The locator also explains that stock changes and encourages confirming availability before a visit. This makes retailer discovery useful without presenting the directory as a live inventory feed.

03 / Project detail

Make room for the next retail partnership.

The wholesale page addresses licensed Oklahoma operators with a separate introduction to carrying the brand. Its inquiry form collects business name, license information, location, and the reason for contacting Biscuits, giving the team context for a follow-up. Consumer discovery and business development share one brand experience, with a next step suited to each audience.
